The 2016 Audi A3 Sedan comes in three different trim level choices - the Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. Each model starts under $40,000, making it one of the most affordable luxury sedans on the market.
Drivers can choose from three engine options including two traditional gasoline engines, and a clean-diesel TDI engine. All three engines help the A3 Sedan achieve impressive fuel economy numbers, and are paired with Audi’s S tronic six-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
The 1.8 TFSI and 2.0 TDI engines are equipped with a front-wheel drive system, while the more powerful 2.0 TFSI comes with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive technology. Regardless of which engine you choose for the A3 Sedan, power and performance come standard on all three.
The interior of the 2016 A3 Sedan is rich in amenities and technology. Each model comes with a power panoramic sunroof, twelve-way power driver’s seat, and a standard rear-view camera.

The 2016 A3 Cabriolet comes in three trim level offerings, each with the choice of two engine blocks. The base 1.8 TFSI is a four-cylinder engine that makes 170 horsepower, and 200 lb.-ft.of torque.
Paired with a six-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission, this engine comes standard with front-wheel drive system and gets a combined fuel economy of 28 miles to the gallon. The more powerful 2.0 TFSI engine features the same six-speed transmission, but gets Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive system.
This performance-driven engine makes 220 horsepower, and 258 lb.-ft. of torque, and a combined estimated fuel economy of 26 miles per gallon.
The acoustic folding roof is what makes the A3 Cabriolet stand apart from other A3 models, which can be retracted at speeds of up to 31 miles per hour. A rear-view camera comes standard on all three trim levels, as well as Bluetooth wireless technology.
