Difference Between the Subscription Tiers

Nissan has introduced two different tiers for drivers to choose from. The first tier includes the $699 that includes the Nissan Altima, Frontier, Pathfinder, and Rogue models. The upper-tier costs $899 a month but provides access to the Leaf Plus, Maxima, Murano, Armada, Titan, and 370Z coupe. The GT-R sports car is one of the vehicles that are available to both tiers, but will tack on a $100 fee for each day added and can not be taken for longer than seven days at any point in the month. There are some important details to keep in mind with the Nissan Switch program.

The plan requires customers to sign up for a $495 membership activation fee, as well as the first-month service cost depending on which plan they select. There is unlimited vehicle switches from day to day and all the perks of ownership apply, including roadside assistance and regular maintenance. Added benefits include cleaning, insurance, and delivery. This subscription service is a way to allow drivers the first-hand experience to truly test-drive and figure out which vehicle works best for them. For customers that have a variety of needs, they can use the Nissan Leaf one day or opt for the Nissan Titan on the next. Future subscription services are being worked on for companies like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Cadillac, and car rental companies are working to have their own way of providing more for customers.
